Pilatté Reformer

Our signature class designed for every body—whether you’re brand new to Pilates or an experienced mover. Using the Reformer, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance alignment through a series of guided exercises tailored to all abilities. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout, so you can move at your own pace while still feeling challenged. Expect a balanced, full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong, centred, and refreshed.

Intermediate Reformer

Ready to take things up a notch? Intermediate reformer blends precision with challenge, adding more dynamic sequences and resistance to keep your body progressing. These classes build endurance, flexibility and core strength while refining your technique. Ideal if you've completed a few beginner sessions or have some experience. Expect to feel stronger, lengthened and more energised after each session.

Pre Natal Reformer

A safe, supportive, and empowering class designed specifically for expecting mothers. Using the reformer, we focus on improving posture, core stability, and overall strength to support your changing body throughout pregnancy. Gentle yet effective movements help relieve common pregnancy discomforts, increase circulation, and build mobility while emphasizing breathwork and pelvic floor connection.

This class provides a mindful environment to prepare both body and mind for birth, while also creating space for relaxation and self-care.

Advanced Reformer

Designed for seasoned Pilates enthusiasts. Advanced reformer pushes your strength, control and coordination to the next level. With complex sequences, increased resistance, and flowing transitions, these sessions challenge both body and mind. Our instructors keep the pace high while maintaining a strong focus on form and safety. Come prepared to sweat, shake and leave feeling empowered.

Baby and Me

A gentle yet strengthening reformer class designed for new mums to rebuild core stability, pelvic floor connection, and full-body strength after birth—all while keeping your baby close. Movements are tailored to support postnatal recovery, improve posture, and release tension from feeding, carrying, and daily life with a newborn.

Your baby can join you on the reformer, in your arms, or nearby, making this a bonding experience as well as a chance to move, restore, and connect with other mums. Suitable from your 6–8 week postnatal check (or with medical clearance), and for babies newborn to pre-crawling.
